Recreation of a medical-coding workbench: site verbatim terms are coded to controlled dictionaries, adverse events / medical history / indications to MedDRA, concomitant medications to WHODrug, by auto-coding (exact + synonym match) with the rest worked manually or queried to the site. Uncoded terms block database lock. Synthetic study; MedDRA SOC/PT and WHODrug ATC codes are the real vocabulary; every figure is computed from the term list.
